MIlling

CNC milling is considered as one of the types of machining. We use milling centers of high efficiency as well as the conventional milling machines from world-class producers, that is why CNC milling is made in the most modern way. The production of components is based on the patterns or technical documentation provided by the Customer.

Malarnia proszkowa

We have our own powder paint shop and the possibility of wet painting. Maximum size of painted elements: height 1700 mm, width 1700 mm, length 3500 mm.

ZINC GALVANIZING

We provide services in the field of galvanisation of small elements bigger than 3 mm and in the field of rack galvanisation of elements up to 900 mm x 600 mm x 500 mm with black, light-blue and yellow chromating.

QUALITY DEPARTMENT

We have a Quality Department equipped with professional measuring devices such as spectrometer and altimeter. On the demand of the Customer, we measure trial batches and we issue measurement reports on finals series. We hold the ISO 90001:2008 TÜV Rheinland certificate.

DESIGNING

We use the newest designing software in our work: SOLID Works and AutoCAD. We use our own documentation as well as the documentation provided to us. We also design and make manufacturing instruments.
