Our attitude to the quality of our products and level of services provided by us is very serious. Customer satisfaction plays a key role in our activities. We are of the opinion that continuous perfection is the basis for the operation of each modern company and the guarantee of staying on the market.
In 2009 we implemented a quality management system consistent with ISO 9001. The implementation resulted in a possibility of stricter control over the production process, in better information flow, in creation of bases for effective self-perfection, and from the perspective of a Customer in firmer assurance of maintaining required quality.
In June 2016 we received ISO 9001: 2008. As a certifying organization we chose TÜV Rheinland.
